the demon was ANGRY that he DIDN’T get to do what he personally WANTED to. so what if it meant the DEATH’S of hundreds of people? it would get him one STEP closer towards his GOAL. not that it MATTERED now, the only REASON he was now MUZZLED due to the fact he thought JOHN would have given him ANOTHER option.
of course, he decided, instead of spitting out a bunch of cuss words, he decided to CONTINUE hissing. that way, he wouldn’t have to say ANYTHING towards john until he was CALMED down.
