she’s not  entirely certain  what makes  her voice  any to begin
with.  he has  this look in his  eye that  says he’s  going to do it
either way no  matter what  she did. he’s just inviting her along

<sup>it was actually quite amusing how she thought he would explain
everything : finding something with decent results wasn’t easy,
he might have wanted a quick action response, but he was willing
to wait a while for this one. after-all, even if only a handful of humans
died, it still meant a handful less that he wouldn’t have to deal with,
