When Dee had asked if Ky’lar wanted a cup of tea(she thought he looked so frazzled today that he needed one), she had no idea that she may end up being the tea that he needed. That alone turned the tables and frazzled her to the point of nearly panicking, but thankfully, she kept it cool.
She let the kiss play out before exhaling and gazing up at him, swaying in her boots. It was a nice kiss, heated, and she wouldn’t mind another one if the opportunity rose.
Of course she wouldn’t say that.
“Wh-what was that for, Ky’lar? Worse day than you thought?”
Stupid question, Dee.
there was a reason for this ; his moods SHIFTED far quicker than most would expect the days. one moment, he was content, and the next he wanted to MURDER everyone around him. it was something that the man NEVER was used to, but by now, he could at least ATTEMPT some sort of BALANCE.
it might have been SMALL, but all the same, he wanted to stay there for as long as POSSIBLE. maybe it was foolishness, but as she pulled away, ky played it off as NOTHING happened. after-all, it was just a KISS… nothing else,
