_david SUPPOSES _{that it makes sense————–he understands where ky’lar is coming from, AT LEAST. humanity could be pretty} vicious ^{and he had even proven it to himself. after all, david had taken advantage of someone who was supposed to} H E L P _{him, stole his things, and proceeded to BASH HIS FACE IN————in all honesty, david was surprised that doctor poole} survived _{to begin with.} 

          ^{of course, the same could be said for the} DOCTORS _{who played around with david’s head. he was a C U R I O U S subject to them. the voices and the hallucinations fascinated them and they wanted to CURE david of his ‘disease’. had they not been of ETHICAL PROCEDURE, he wouldn’t have been surprised if someone would have turned around and made it W O R S E.} oh he’s so very lucky for that alone_.
