_{she’s not stupid. not gullible either and she didn’t believe for a second he’s being honest with her. some situations you simply can’t win. sometimes there isn’t a good solution, just bad or worse. if he hasn’t dealt with it he’s lucky because he will one day and he’ll have to figure out how to handle it. she’s come across nothing but those that while she isn’t very good at conflict resolution, she’s not foolish enough to feign ignorance. ❝lying only works when they trust you — just because you haven’t hit that roadblock yet, it doesn’t mean you won’t.❞}

❝ an’ you’re wrong. trust is important, but not exactly needed.❞ then again, most of the time ky took what little trust he had, and abused it. if anything, the demon made sure to take whatever he was given, and then throw it back ten times over in their face — a reason to why he seemed to never be able to hold onto anyone he cared about for long. he always ruined everything,
