LUCIFER WOULD ADMIT he didn’t particularly like his winged brothers but that didn’t mean he APPRECIATED finding out about them having their wings ripped off. Hell even when he tortured his brothers and sisters he left the wings along. For good reason as it was the SINGULAR thing that made them who they were.
AND ITS why in some way he was struggling to accept Ky’lars methods but luckily he had yet to actually lose his TEMPER over what had happened and was actually trying to understand what was going through the others head. A FIRST for him if he was honest

he was RIGHT. there were several other ways to make angels suffer. yet, none of them ( to his knowledge ) would give the exact same RESULTS as tearing their wings of.
not to mention that ky’lar had been TOLD over and over AGAIN that he was FORBADE to do so. yet, he still never was good with RULES, and when he saw the opportunity? well, he was going to TAKE it, and go on from there.
it was more of what LUCIFER DIDN’T KNOW WOULDN’T HURT HIM, and it was why he RARELY( if ever ) brought it up these days.
in his mind TAKING THEIR WINGS was just one form of PUNISHMENT and if given the CHANCE, he would do the EXACT same thing to any ANGEL he had came across. it didn’t matter WHO it was or whom they SERVED, they would all get THEIR’S in the end. he would make sure of it.
“are you truly SURE about that, luci? taking their GRACE is one thing, but their wings another? of course, ending them all together could work as well, but death is so….
