all warnings and threats aside, he has a decision to make. does he help the demon on the off-chance he can make good on that favor, or should he cut his losses now and consider it a bullet dodged? one never knows what the future has in store and he could use an ace up his sleeve that Stefan wasn’t aware of. they might be getting along today but that could change by tomorrow. “obviously you’re not doing a very good job with that if you’re here asking for my help.” a dangerous gamble in itself when he’s well-known for killing the messenger or if he was feeling vindictive. “say that I have a witch who might be able to do your spell — what would she need to do?”
