“Angels and humanity are God’s creations. Demons were created by Lucifer. They are perversions of what should be, and there is nothing redeemable about them.” Arguing with semantics with a demon, whether half or otherwise, was most likely a pointless endeavor, but Castiel wasn’t about to let that insult slide past him. “You may not be able to choose how you were born, but you were given the free will to choose what you make of it.”
The angel narrowed his eyes. “Read the Bible. Angels are soldiers; we aren’t here to forgive you for anything, nor do we owe you acceptance. If you choose to consort with demons, then the time may come to stop you.”
“at least lucifer did something right.” though, right, and better were not the same thing in the demon’s mind? it still sufficed to the same thing, “god – if there even is one, may have created everything, but he fixed what was broken.” well, not exactly broken, but enhanced them. true, not everything lucifer had done was good, but still… everything was a point of view in all reality.
“you might not like what he did — i don’t either on most days, but some could say you’re worse then demons.” at least demons could be decent and helped people. angels, from what he knew were just self-righteous – lucifer excluded from that, of course. “i, on the other hand, don’t believe in free will.” rather, he didn’t think it truly mattered in all reality.
