was he? ky didn’t know for sure. the facts stood for themselves, thor could have saved trillions of lives. could have actually prevented so much death, but now? all he could say for himself was he didn’t need to be reminded.
maybe that was what ky needed to do; to remind the entire world that he was the cause for all this. that he could have stopped thanos in his tracks and prevented all this death. an easy solution to an impossible task, but one he could actually do… if the opportunity presented itself.
“do you?” a question that had to be asked – even if he wasn’t sure he’d like to hear the other’s response. “there is a line even i’m not willing to cross, thor.” that was putting it lightly. even ky had inched towards that line, but made sure to never cross it. he was better than his father. far better if he was being honest with himself.
“all of these deaths are on you.” not really, even ky knew it may have happened one way or another, but people needed someone to blame, and who better than the god of thunder? especially with their history. “not thanos,” he said bluntly, “ you.”
