“I don’t know what you hope to achieve,” Castiel says, narrowing his eyes slightly. “Lucifer isn’t going to return. Hell is in disarray. One would think that your time would be better spent elsewhere.” // @hellfirebound ♥’d!
“You say that as if it’s a bad thing. Our dear lord Lucifer may be gone, but that doesn’t mean others won’t take control.” As for putting things back in order? Ky didn’t even know if it was possible, but he wasn’t going to try. Not yet anyways. “Either way? I just need the location of something – once I have it? I’ll be out of your hair.”
“do you LISTEN to those voices often? i hear that can be quite dangerous. who knows what they might say to you in the dead of night.”
“Exactly.”
Meg had never liked Crowley, even before he was king. He was alwas a scumbag conman, and you could never trust a word coming out of his mouth. He always thought he was so much above her, all because he was king of the crossroads. He chose to forget that she exceled in everything, unlike him. And to top that, she had never been human. Besides, making deals did nothing but irritate her. Although, she normally exceled at those as well. The demoness let out a small huff of laughter, just thinking about how much of a self-absorbed pig Crowley was.
“That pig knows next to nothing about being a demon. He’s just got a sweet little vendetta against, me because I’ve always been better than him. Apparently taking my rightful throne wasn’t enough for him.”
“sounds like typical childish behavior.” ironic since ky was considered a child to most, but that wasn’t here nor there. no, even ky wasn’t blind to what had been going on. it was like the moment the parents were gone the children fucked up the house.
what ky wanted was influence and of course, getting rid of his father. maybe then he could have some peace. it wouldn’t be much, but maybe he’d actually be able to think properly for once. the only problem was getting to that point. it wouldn’t be easy nor would it take a short amount of time, but maybe… just maybe he’d get what he wanted. “now, there are several flocking to him, but only due to the fact he’s the closest they have to a leader.”
Be that beast, be that monster in their nightmares, don’t let anyone stop you. not even yourself.
“Ofcourse you don’t.” she snaps beneath her breath. Her lips then fall agape and she can barely swallow the bile she feels rising. His words sting like a sharpened blade that had been put through a ring fire. Accept it. Live with it. Move on… As if she hadn’t seen enough death to coat her entire life in blood. Rather than accept it, live with it, or move on, she’d dawned a cape and some killer kick ass boots & accessories. – That was her burden to bear. Her choice. And, clearly, this, was his.
“Is this a necessary death? Is there no absolute way around it?” she dodges his inquisition with another. Because where yes, she general disapproves of brutal murder – she can comprehend the necessity for reform… for vengeance.
“since when have you been so interested in what i do?” it was more than just a simple question. far more in-fact, but he wasn’t about to allow that little bit of information slip out. no, he had an idea that she’d figure it out herself. after-all, ky never really enjoyed explaining himself, but what had him curious was that she seemed so interested. so, in his mind, he wanted to investigate or, rather, prod a little just to know what she meant.
“everyone dies. i just wonder… why this has just come up now.” ky didn’t expect a true answer, but he sure hoped he’d get one. at least that way… he’d know what he was facing against. “i’ve always been one to take lives. my species aside the urge has always been there.”
She takes that moment, when her body shivers due to his warm touch to seize the opportunity. “I don’t plan on it.” she mutters as she stands on tip-toes to press her lips to his in offering of a gentle kiss.
Every time they kissed it was gentle and kind. It made him feel something that was unknown to him before. A reason to why he tried so hard to be decent – he tried so hard to be something he wasn’t around her. Still, he couldn’t deny returning the kiss… even if deep down he didn’t feel like he deserved it.
