“I dunno, call it – – ‘field research’ if you want. The folks I should be able to turn to keep tryin’ to kill me, so I guess I’ve got to find answers on my own.” He admitted with an idle shrug of his shoulders. “Either that, or just wing it, ‘n’ that doesn’t usually go too well – – for anyone.”

“everyone will try to kill you in time.” that was just simple facts. “you either face them or… you don’t. either way? you learn you’re dangerous – if not to yourself, to others, and that makes you truly a problem. one that either needs to be fixed or eliminated – i’ve been through it before.”

“What you are, does it ever – – bother you? Y’know, not bein’ – – like everyone else?”

“has it ever occurred to you that not everyone likes to answer questions?” a smirk spread across his lips for a few moments. “ask yourself; does truly it matter and why does it really concern you.”

@hellfirebound liked for a small starter.

Eyes blinking rapidly, one green, one blue, the unstable mutant stared around him, unsure of what had just transpired. He couldn’t remember arriving, couldn’t remember why he was there or what he’d been doing. But whatever it was, he knew it couldn’t have been good. “Uh…?” Was all the Scot spoken man could utter, almost too afraid to move incase something went terribly wrong… again.

if it was up to him, maybe he shouldn’t have let his curiosity control him – should have kept it in check. more to the point, it would have saved him the trouble of dealing with questions or… in short.. other bloody people. “uh.. what?” maybe he should have said something more, but all the same… he didn’t think he needed to.
