a pending moment breathed in between, pale eyes searched for the demon’s as his grasp around the appendage tightened. the metal that concealed the HORSEMAN’s hand that held dipped into the skin, making the demon couldn’t escape without cutting himself from it.
❝ —–tear me apart ?? ❞ he repeated KY’LAR’s last words with a wolfish grin that splitting DEATH’s ghost-like face in two.
with his free hand, he searched for the man’s neck. fingers pressing hard against KY’LAR’s tracheae. the gasps for breath, he hoped to feel. the quivering body struggling, he wanted to relish.
there was pain; loads of it. a reason he rarely let anyone know about that little… part of him. humans didn’t have a tail – he did, but it wasn’t something that was revealed often. usually, ky forgot about it, but… here it was. all out in the open and the rider of death was grasping it tightly.
his entire being trembled as the fingers pressed against his throat. he might not have ideally needed to breath, but ky’lar couldn’t function properly with out some sort of oxygen. a reason to why he pulled at the rider’s hands and eventually gasped for breath.
“no,” he managed to get out, but the truth of the matter was that he was indeed threatening the other. they both knew that.
attachment was something that came rarely to the demon; sometimes it happened out of necessity and others it was merely spending enough time to become comfortable with another. this time around, ky was attached, but not in the ways above. no, this was purely out of amusement, and maybe one day he’d get the rider to do everything he wanted.
not that it mattered now; he’d grown used to the other’s presence. used to how they were and how they hated ky’s advances. he wouldn’t have it any other way. “i’m not attached.” a lie – a massive one. “and i want more than just his death, but… it will do.”
ky had hoped death was far too distracted to do anything about his little bit of poking. after-all, it was rare that ky was ever in a decent mood – let alone a mood to where he was having a grand old time tormenting someone.
while he wanted to see the horseman in action, he was hoping for more of a show, but that was what happened when he arrived shortly after everything had ended. it was a pity in all reality, but he was having fun by poking the horseman.
rather, he was – just until his tail was pulled and he let out a yelp. damn him and his half-way decent moods! “let… it go!” he snarled, teeth clenching together tightly, “or i tear you apart.”
