STARTER CALL // @hellfirebound

Looks could often be deceiving–after all, who would guess half the things that were true about Loki simply by looking at him?–but this one looked like a right prick. Maybe it was just his face, his self-assured stature, or maybe he really was a right prick. Who was to say? Loki had never met a demon before and certainly wouldn’t know what to do in the face of one regardless if he was actually aware of its presence or not, which he currently was not. The movies surely didn’t prepare him for any run-ins with cryptids at all and the TV shows and novels and video games weren’t much better. The hell was he supposed to do? Diddle around? Murder ‘em? Whip out a crucifix he most certainly never had on him and condemn them to some fiery place? Knowing him, he’d flirt his way through. Because that clearly solved everything. But, anyway, this prick lookin’ fella was a demon, Loki just had absolutely no idea.

You ever met a talkinraven?” It was so bizarrely unrelated to any of the thoughts coursing through his head (which, to be fair, consisted mostly of what he wanted to eat for lunch) and yet not at all odd for him. And he grinned, too, as charming as could be.

Over-all, it was quite the amusing question. Ky knew many things were possible; talking animals just happened to be one of the few rarity’s. Well, not so rare if you actually could understand them, but that was ultimately besides the point.

“Are we talking about a stuffed animal or a flesh-and blood one?” The answer didn’t truly matter to him, but he still would enjoy to hear it. Especially since with a bit of luck… his night could turn amusing. Not fatal – he wasn’t even wearing  the right outfit to go on a murder spree tonight, but amusing all the same. Or so he hoped at least.

“Or… is that how people say they’re interested these days?” it was a slight joke on his part, but only due to the fact he was in a half-way decent mood. A mood even Ky didn’t know how long it would last and yet… he wasn’t going to let that stop him from having a good time.
