“Kiddo, if you’re looking for a fight you picked the wrong person. You can’t even beat your granddaddy. What the hell do you think you’re doing here?”
He wasn’t in the mood for this. Not for Blackheart, not for Mephisto, not for this little shit. Johnny tiredly ran a hand through his hair and took a swig of something that burned his nose as well as his throat.
“An’ you could do better?”
Johnny wasn’t wrong though – Ky couldn’t beat either of them. Not even if he pulled every trick he knew. Maybe one day it would be ideally possible, but not right now. Not when he could only win fights by the skin of his teeth (on good days).
“better yet,” he said, making his way forward, and placing a hand on eli’s chest, “what makes you think i won’t rip your chest out?” a simple question and a threat. one he wouldn’t go forward with, but he could… if he was forced to do so.
“I’ve faced things not of this world before, you say that like it’s supposed to scare me.” She cocks a eyebrow at him curiously. “Don’t worry, I won’t bite. Yet.”
“well, i wouldn’t advise you even thinking about biting me,” he said bluntly. “i might enjoy it just a bit too much an’ you wouldn’t want that, would you?”
“i don’t consider it as necessarily evil – i consider it more as what’s needed for the moment. so what if a few hundred people die? i fail to see how that matters specifically to me.”
“Aww now you’re just making me feel special, how sweet of you to single me out.” She crosses her arms in-front of her chest and lets out a small huff. “More like you are going to have to deal with me, mr.look at me i’m dark and scary.”
“yeah, bright colors don’t suit me that well, an’ i deal with enough red back home.” there was a shrug. “suits work, but after wearing them for years a nice leather jacket an’ pants are just so much easier to work with.” he took a step closer towards her. “so, how do you want me to deal with you? i have a few… idea’s on my mind already.”
“I will give you a total of FIVE SECONDS to kindly explain as to why you are putting your hand on my bottom.”
ky couldn’t help the grin that spread across his features as he pulled his hand back. true, he didn’t get to have much of his fun, but no harm no foul? right. he thought as much. “to be quite fair? i was just trying to,” a roll of his eyes, “what’s the saying humans use these days? oh, yes – claim it.”
