–––– Zeus didn’t like this, but what choice did he have? It was Sam’s life at risk, after all. And if he failed to save him… Zeus glanced at the demon. “Sam’s life is in danger. Someone’s taken his magic. We need it back.”

“And I fail to see how that is a problem.” Rather, Ky failed to see how he specifically needed to get involved. If Sam lost his magic ( take or otherwise ) there had to be a reason for it. “ The way I see it…  that’s more of a Sam problem. Not a me or you  problem, don’t you think?”

lorecollector:

“Guess we’ll have to test that theory when the time comes, huh?

“or,” he said, arms sliding into his back pockets, “you can give this up, but you won’t do that, will you?” he could have gone on to explain why, but instead, ky decided to keep things short. after-all, he was quite sure sam would understand in time just what he was capable of. most likely.

lorecollector:

Sam wasn’t scared of demons. Maybe he had been, at the beginning, when they officially existed in his mind. Their black and soulless eyes, whole beings taking over a human’s body only to ruin it and leave it lying around somewhere. It was degrading, and wrong, and the fear had been there at Sam’s first encounter with one. Now he just wanted to send each and every one back where they belonged. And so the threat to bring his “family” into the situation did not phase Sam a bit, besides the smirk that appeared at the corners of his lips. “I didn’t know demons were team players,” he joked, fingers never faltering on the colt. “Can’t handle things yourself?

“i don’t consider myself a demon.” at least for the moment, but knowing ky that would change. especially if he didn’t control his more violent urges. “but you’re right. they are not team players – unless you hold respect.” even then, it was a fifty fifty change most demons would do anything. his family, on the other hand… there was more of a eighty twenty chance they would show up. or at least pull something down the line. “then again,” he continued on. “i just thought you should know what would happen. if you decide to go towards a more violent route… when i haven’t caused any trouble for you.”

lorecollector:

The smart mouth of the demon caused Sam’s thumb to move until he could cock the gun, a sound that echoed in an otherwise silent warehouse. “Really? ‘Cause I can’t think of any,” the hesitation was merely a tactic Sam needed to know what this demon wanted, by they were both there at the same time. “Try me,”

“fair enough.” all ky needed was a few more moments to come up with a plan. though, his head was replaying what could happen of sam pulled the trigger. in-fact, he actually wanted the other to pull it – could be fun in his mind to see what could happen, but he wasn’t going to test fate. well, not today at least. “i’m as human as you are,” on good days. “and it would be a shame for any of my … demonic family members to get upset.” a pause. “they don’t seem to like it when i’m… threatened.”

lorecollector:

All demons were after the same thing. There was no sympathy inside Sam’s voice as he raised the colt, mouth pointed at the spot just between the other’s eyes. They wanted chaos, death, destruction. They wanted to rule, and they would do anything to get there. Having one less in the world was no skin off of Sam’s back. “Give me one reason I shouldn’t shoot you.”

“just one?” a smirk started to spread across his lips, “ i could name off several.” in-fact, he could give around twenty just off the top of his head, but he wasn’t about to go into long elaboration. well, at least not today. “then again,” he said, hands slipping into his pockets, “i doubt you’d even listen to me.”
