“Oh, sure, I believe you, Ky’lar.” Revan responded, rolling her eyes as she settled down into a nearby chair. “Go on, let’s see what you can do.”
her words were far less than comforting. a deep sigh escaped his lips as he focused his attention back on the device, “with this,” he said. “i should be able to get a grasp on what i’m doing a bit more.” or it would do nothing. it honestly was filled with more risks than anything, but he was at least attempting to do something about his situation.
“i know what i’m doing.” he left off the word ‘mostly’ due to the fact he didn’t think it was necessary, “i just need patience.”
“You never agree to what I have to say.” Revan replied, sounding far more petulant that her age should have implied. “And it’s not like I was asking you to change at all.”
“Is that such a bad thing? You push, I pull, and we wind up in the same spot as always.” He rubbed at his eyes for a few moments, “I’ll listen. If it will make you happy, i’ll listen. I swear it.”
“It’s called who I am, Revan. I can’t simply change that.” Not anytime soon at least, “The answer is no.”
