“—- do you really want to know the answer to that?”
not many people would have choices in a situation like this. so at least ross had that going for him . not everyone had a choice in death . the man smirked as he looked at his keeper . “ don’t forget , in death , you are free . ” if the man wanted to get spiritual or philosophical , ross could do that too . “ but will you really kill me if i don’t comply ? then you won’t have the key you’re looking for . ”
ROSS WAS RIGHT. the moment ky ended his life he’d be right back at square one. a reason to why ending the other’s existence wasn’t on the agenda – no, he’d do that after he got what he wanted. then, he’d dispose of him in any way he saw fit. of course, that was if he even got that far. “ no one is ever truly free – not even in death. “ ky could have gone on to recite an old saying, but instead he moved to slam his fist into the others face. just so he could possibly move things along.
his fingertips FLICKER with lightning the more he STRUGGLED, threatening to send sparks FLYING should he break, fingers CURLING into fists to avoid such an OUTBURST, all the while, FIGHTING against the metaphysical hand trying to GRAB at his mind. but at the moment, he was LOSING.
‘ there….ththere is ALWAYS a ffifirst for EVERYTHING….. ‘
of course there was a first time to everything. sometimes, ky FAILED to obtain what he wanted, but he always got REVENGE. to that regard, he always managed to cause more HAVOC than necessary. CHAOS was one thing, but ky’s own VERSION of revenge was far more DESTRUCTIVE than a mere case of chaos.
‘— NOT this time,’ he said, making sure to apply far more pressure than necessary. ‘ you will do as i WISH.’
ky had voiced his opinion due to the fact he was annoyed. more importantly, he didn’t see why the other needed the bodies in pile – it wasn’t like they were going anywhere anytime soon. they would rot – as all things did -, but they wouldn’t move. not really… not with out help.
still, there was doubt that sublime could really help with his situation, and even if he could? he wasn’t going to take it. there were too many fools picking sides in a war that they didn’t even know how to fight or even whom they were truly fighting.
“you’re doing a fine job yourself.” a lie, but he wasn’t going to lower himself into moving the corpses of people around – mutant or otherwise – it was still below him. “an’ i think i’ll take a long hard pass.” a pause. “i don’t need your help… with any of my problems.”
[SMS→HELLDOUCHE]: I was a neurosurgeon, jackass. I didn’t just give myself a title. [SMS→HELLDOUCHE]: I’m about as far from on your side as it is possible to be. [SMS→HELLDOUCHE]: Oh? I’m yet to see a shred of proof of that.
[ SMS→ STRANGE ]: do i have to google what that is? [ SMS→ STRANGE ]: and come on! [ SMS→ STRANGE ]: i am great! [ SMS→ STRANGE ]: come on strange, give me a chance! [ SMS→ STRANGE ]: i’m always decent! [ SMS→ STRANGE ]: sometimes anyways~
“…some restrictions are good you know.” Peter said. “‘cause stealing…murder…destroying a city, those…aren’t good things.“ He said. “I don’t wear a mask because I’m hiding, I wear a mask because I have something to protect.” Besides, it’s not like anyone would believe he’s Spider Man anyway.
“not everyone cares,” he said bluntly. “restrictions are… restricting. not to mention all rules are meant to be broken.” and that was just the start of it, but this wasn’t the time nor place for that sort of debate. “you wear a mask as you want to protect things, but i don’t as I am not scared of who knows my face.”
[ SMS→ STRANGE ]: don’t know. [ SMS→ STRANGE ]: don’t care either. [ SMS→ STRANGE ]: i also thought it was just a title. [ SMS→ STRANGE ]: you know a name you gave yourself. [ SMS→ STRANGE ]: and what do you mean you’re not on my side! [ SMS→ STRANGE ]: i can be very decent you know…
‘ i only point it out when it’s needed ’ a simple statement. nothing more or nothing less. ‘ an’ i can assure you. there isn’t – what you call bullshit? i call the facts. face them or not. it’s your choice. ’
truth be told, he failed to see why he should have specifically cared about it. wizards or otherwise, ky thought he was right ( even more so in this ) so what if he embarrassed her? he didn’t see why it mattered at all really. “i fail to see the point.”
