A SLENDER BROW ARCHED upwards. lips pressed into a thin line. “you have 30 seconds. i’m listening.”

OH, TRUST ME,” he said, grin spreading across his lips. “you WON’T regret it.” even if she did – it wasn’t his problem. “all i want from you us your ASSISTANCE for less than an hour to OBTAIN something from a vault.”

Harkening to the transformed one’s challenge, Thor descends from a cloudless sky, cape billowing at his back as he did so. Feet glancefully touching against the ground, he took pride in never one to turn down a chance to engage in battle, no matter the pettiness of such a conflict’s intent. One glance at Ky, his real self revealed, tells the revived thunderer that such applied to his opponent too– fighting for the sheer sake of battle, rather than to achieve a specific goal or intent.
“Do you often yell at nothing like a fool?” Speaking off-hand, Thor’s old habits were beginning to reemerge now that the storms were yet his to command again– one of which being his desire to mock those who dared to fight him. “Come then, demon. You’ll soon learn the length of the distance that stands between us in terms of sheer might alone.”

image

Fighting for the shear sport of it was something the demon rarely did. Usually, he always had a specific intent for when he fought. Most of the time it was to cure those urges of his, but there were other’s where he needed to affirm just who – if not what- he was.
This time around, Ky was fighting for the sport of fighting itself. No one wanted to fight him in his Grandfather’s realm as they always let him win. So, as much as he thought he was getting better? It wasn’t enough – even though he still hated formal training ( even though he was attempting to drag himself to it now and again ).
“i knew you’d come,” he said, arms folding across his chest, “An’ there is no distance – you’re under me, Thor. Just like everyone else.” No, Ky wasn’t going to attack yet – he’d work the God up for a while, and then he’d make his move. “You just have to accept that.”

MYSELF KILLED? One of your little WORKERS tried to TAKE me again–my work is the only reason I’m still in this DIMENSION, asshole.”

Natalia couldn’t understand their dynamic, between LOVING and HATING this man in a matter of minutes before she was threatening to BREAK it off again. This was the THIRD attempt someone tried to steal her out of her home for the sake of getting to her LOVELY boyfriend.

not my problem.” he wanted to say that it was, but the problem ended up being that ky couldn’t admit that. no, it wasn’t his problem – no matter what he ended up feeling… he wasn’t going to get involved. what would happen, would happen, and whatever consequences followed suit. if she couldn’t protect herself? well, that was on her – not him. “they should know by now this won’t change anything.”

“You do realize that you’re givin’ off one hell of a creepy vibe, right?” Pax hadn’t been able to rest much since the attack taking it out on a stranger was apparently part of his paranoia. It was the only thing his father had really left for him.  “You should probably say HELLO instead of lurking in a corner.”

image

“lurking in a corner seems to be the BEST option for me.” shadows were easier to watch from. one could hide their existence with little effort. still, that didn’t mean he’d reveal himself – not fully at least. “it’s far EASIER to judge a person when they know their being watched.” a pause. “it’s quite amusing… actually.”

Thank God there were still some people with enough brain cells in the world not to have seen Twilight. The fact that Tony knew what it was was a little off putting, though. “Not a freak?” Lips turn downward as brows raise up. “Could’a fooled me. But hey, don’t judge a BOOK, right?” Maybe he was stalling, but that’s what he did best. “I’m afraid you walked into the WRONG BARN, bud. If you were smart, you’d walk away. I won’t even come after you. I think that’s a fair deal, what about you?

image

“if i was smart,” he said bluntly, arms folding across his chest. “i wouldn’t be here in the first place.” or maybe he would have been -either way? it didn’t matter to him. “then again, if we’re going with the whole ‘judging a book’ by it’s cover thing? you look like an’ old man – a bit better than my father, but still an old man.”
a shrug shortly followed his words. “so, we could talk around in circles for the next few hours – or, you could get your head out of your ass, and let me find what i came here for.” not that ky would complain either way, but then again? he had been surprised before.

neverparted:

Color him intrigued

He knew virtually nothing about the man ( nothing a glimpse into his mind couldn’t fix ), but one thing was for sure. He should not trust him. His trust was something he never gave freely. In fact, he no longer trusted his brother’s ‘friends’, knowing that they no longer held him in such high-esteem. A stranger would have to work for centuries before Loki could even consider trusting him. But they weren’t there to form friendships, were they?

“A relic might not be necessary depending on the strength of your…
intended recipient. More often than not, a spell could work just as
                       nicely. Perhaps even more so.”

Regardless of what was used, relics and spells could leave magical residues. Anyone well-versed with sorcery could detect it, and if he wanted subtlety, he would have to use a cloaking spell to get rid of those telltale signs. Loki could provide both, but he didn’t see any benefit in helping this one.

Not yet, at least.

“They are far stronger than myself.”

Though there was some ( slight ) doubt to his words, they were truthful all the same. While Ky didn’t know the exact limits to his power, there was uncertainty in his mind that while he was powerful ( no doubt about that ), he’d not be able to do this alone.

It was to that very reason he sought out more… reliant means than trusting his own abilities. True, it would have been much easier that way, but the last thing he wanted was to be stuck in another realm for the rest of his days. A reason to why he was trying ( to the best of his abilities ) to keep things under-wraps and most importantly…out of the gaze of the one he was trying to get rid of.

“If I used a spell, I doubt that it would turn out decently – binding seems to be the easiest route, but I have a few idea’s of my own.”

His lips pursed into a thin-line as he took a step forward, arms sliding into his back pockets. It wouldn’t be easy, but maybe he could find something. If not? Well, he’d be in worse trouble than if he just stayed on Earth.

“ A reason to why i’m here – I’m running out of options by way of normal means.”

       “THOR!”
being in his true form wasn’t easy on him – let alone for his own mental state. still, ky was not going to let this little mood of his pass. he knew there was only one person ( or god ) who could state his thirst for battle. so, there he was, not even bothering about his looks in the middle of nowhere yelling into the sky.
        “FIGHT ME!”
