A DERISIVE SNORT as a bear-like hand clapped along the other’s back, taking another hearty swig of his mead. The fact that the shorter blonde would deign to compare the finest of beverages in all of Asgard to the swill on Midgard was an affront to his senses.

❝  There is no beverage in any realm that matches the mead here!  ❞ A wave brought a goblet to the demon as Thor continued,

❝  Just be aware, should you become sick, your kind would be more mocked than they are now. It is only the honor of the entirety of your delegation on the line…

❝ YOU UNDERESTIMATE ME, THOR.❞ Or perhaps it was Ky who underestimated Thor himself. He could handle alcohol like WATER back on earth; it never suited his tastes. The cheep shit or the more expensive brands… they all tasted the same to him. It also was rare that he ever got fully smashed, but that was quite frankly… besides the point. ❝ I’ll drink this goblet and the next three. You’re on. ❞

A SKEPTICAL BROW ARCHES.   i’ll owe you?  ross wants to spit the words back in his face but he doesn’t. he’s just more interested that he actually got a response from the man. curious and curiouser. so he doesn’t comment. “sure, sure. whatever floats your boat, ky. now, i’m going to try and find tony and figure out a game plan.” being still and idle does him no good. ross is a man of action and he needs to keep himself busy. “so you can tag along or not, but i’m going.”

fingers brush along his kimoyo beads, revealing a wakandan vessel from it’s cloak. he goes right up the ramp and to the cockpit. hands fly over the control as he radio’s stark tower. the agent isn’t sure if any one is there yet, but it’s worth trying.

HE DIDN’T WANT TO TAG ALONG. all ky’lar wanted to do was LEAVE and go back to a place he at least knew. of course, there was no way possible he could even think about doing that now. not when the scales of balance had changed into chaos; even he wasn’t that BLIND to how reality  worked.

“YOU SHOULD THINK of it as going with you keeps me out of trouble.” no, that much was a full out LIE. ky would get into MUCH more trouble there, but at least then he could LOOK like was attempting to help, and quite honestly… that was what was needed.

BEGGING WASN’T ON THE AGENDA. Not now and not ever. To do so meant he showed true weakness; more than just being a half-breed and far more than he’d like to show around Thor.  Even as his jaw was gasped, he still was DEFIANT, and it was only amplified by his words following words ❝ MAKE ME THEN, but I don’t – no, I will NEVER beg.❞

This little tryst could end badly, not that Norrin couldn’t handle the fallout. It wasn’t like it was explicitly or implicitly stated that he couldn’t sleep with others. A part of him realized hooking up with the grandson of the demon he loathed most was some sort of rebellion, a giant middle finger to his captor.

With the hand on his chin, Norrin was forced to look up. He brushed Ky’s hand aside and leaned in, pressing his lips against the other man’s lips. His other hand continued its’ path into Ky’s pants, sliding the zipper down and his fingers began to descend.

It could end far more than just badly. Ky knew fully well what he was getting into and a fate worse than death was on the realm of possibilities. Of course, that was if they got caught, and Ky wasn’t going to allow that to happen. Not if he had a say in it of course.

As their lips touches together, Ky’s eyes closed tightly for a few moments, and simply leaned into it. More so, it had been so long that anyone had preformed the action that he didn’t want Norrin to pull away.  Not now nor ever  as the other’s fingers descended.

[SMS→HELLDOUCHE]: I didn’t think it was possible to feel less inclined to help you, but here we are.
[SMS→HELLDOUCHE]: If you don’t see a problem with it then I don’t think there’s much point in even trying.
[SMS→HELLDOUCHE]: Do you even have a conscience? I’ve often wondered.
[SMS→HELLDOUCHE]: It’s this little voice in your head that tells you right and wrong - just in case you’re unfamiliar with the concept.
[SMS→HELLDOUCHE]: And what are the other parts? Wit and charm? Good hair? Magical cloak?

[ SMS→ STRANGE ]: No. I do not.
[ SMS→ STRANGE ]: I once had such a  thing.
[ SMS→ STRANGE ]: Then I was dragged to hell.
[ SMS→ STRANGE ]: You sorta  lose that after a few centuries down there.
[ SMS→ STRANGE ]:  Well, not centuries for you, but in that realm.
[ SMS→ STRANGE ]: Time moves differently there.

“if you didn’t want  to buy me a drink  then why the hell
do we waste our  time talking? it’s not  like she’s ever
been interested in anything else. use your mind tricks
on someone  else,  i’m not humoring  you if  there isn’t
    anything in it for me.

“you truly think i’m some sort of,” a roll of his eyes. “never mind.” part of him wanted to argue with her, but he already knew that he’d not get anywhere. more importantly, he would only find himself in more trouble. so, he decided to admit defeat – maybe that way she’d stop talking. “you want a drink? fine, i’ll get you one drink.”

He is sucking in a deep breath as eyebrows furrow “ I do believe that people care and that people want to have a life which does not lead to their soul being taken , you have what you need but this deal will stay between us two , noone else will know “ a pause follows as he did not want for his team to find out what he did, they would all try to stop him and the man in front of him who would stop at nothing , with this way at least the others were safe.

“Fair is fair, isn’t it?” Ky would only speak of the deal if needed, but he knew what was at stake here; he knew what would happen if things didn’t go in his favor. This city would be his soon enough and nothing would stop him on that matter. No, not even this little deal; he protected the city and in return he would be their savior… better than anyone else. “When i’m done with this… game of mine? You might even get to keep your little soul, but until then? You work for me.”

“i hope you’re not just figuring that out now. people – the majority of them, have this fucked up idea in their head that they are better than everyone else. like the universe OWES them everything they want.” she shook her head. “materialism and appearances. that’s all it’s really about for them.”

“well, i’m one of the few people who can say i am owed many things, and i’ll get them.” one way or another – that much was assured of. “if i showed up in a nice suit and tie people will come, but even more if it’s a leather jacket – no wonder dear o’l dad destroyed a few bars in his time.”
